Meet Me
Hi, I'm Dr. Wesley Ferreira — a speaker, professor, and performer who's spent more than 20,000 hours in the practice room (yes, really) transforming fear into fuel and self-doubt into powerful presence.
By day, I'm a tenured music professor. By night (and while on tour), I'm an internationally performing classical clarinetist who's played on some of the biggest stages around the world, including as Carnegie Hall. But beyond the music, what drives me is this: helping people move past their inner blocks, find their voice, and show up authentically and fully — whether in the boardroom, on stage, or in life.
My mission is to empower ambitious professionals to overcome self-doubt and fear so they can step into their full presence with confidence, clarity, and authenticity. I firmly believe that when individuals develop a growth mindset and find their authenticity, they unlock their greatest potential and create profound impact. Whether I'm teaching, performing,
or speaking to a room full of professionals, my goal is the same: to connect deeply, spark real transformation, and help people step into their power.
Offstage, I'm a husband, a dad of three, and the occasional sidekick to a dog who believes he's the headliner. I find real joy in helping others grow, lead, and succeed to their fullest potential.
